Returns / Exchange Policy

We cannot accept returns but will gladly exchange your product for another if you are not completely satisfied with your order. Exchanges must be in original condition, unused and unwashed. Please notify us of any exchanges within 10 days of receiving your order. Do not return items COD or they will be refused. If returning from outside of Canada package must clearly state 'RETURN TO ORIGIN' otherwise any incurred customs duties or brokerage charges will be charged back to the sender or refused. In order to return merchandise, you must obtain an RMA number from our customer service department.

You may return any unopened merchandise (except gourmet or skincare items) in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 10 days of receipt and you will receive a credit less shipping and any taxes to apply to an alternate product. Exchanged items will incur new shipping charges for the full cost of delivery.

We charge a 20% restocking fee for any returned merchandise. We do not offer refunds.

Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded.

Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on toiletries or gourmet items due to health reasons. Please make your selections carefully.

We require the following information to process your return. (If this information is not included, we will be unable to process your return.

  • Return Authorization Number
  • Full name and address
  • Phone number
  • E-mail address
  • Packing slip
  • Original Order Confirmation Number
  • Your reason for returning the merchandise.

All returns must be shipped back to Provence Soleil using a trackable courier. (UPS, FedEx, USPS Delivery Confirmation, Canpar or Canda Xpress Post)

Any package that has not been received by Provence Soleil and tracking information cannot be provided, will be the sole responsibility of the shipper.

**Please allow up to 14 business days to process your return or exchange.

If your package is returned to Provence Soleil marked as "refused", "unclaimed", or "undeliverable", and you would like to have it re-shipped, we will unfortunately need to charge a $5.95 re-shipping fee.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS:

If a product you ordered is out of stock, you will be informed by e-mail within 48 hours of your purchase. Upon receipt of the e-mail you will have three options as follows:

  • Receive the out of stock item when it arrives with free shipping.
  • Receive your order minus the out of stock item and receive refund for out of stock item.
  • Cancel entire order and receive full refund.

Cancel Your Order
